PURPOSE:To prevent an action by the operation of other person by stopping the action of an invalid means for a certain time after second digit data are inputted when first digit data stored in a storage means and the second digit data held in a register are compared and they coincide. CONSTITUTION:When a user inputs a code number storage command together with a code number (the first digit data), the code number is stored in a storage means 7 comprising of a non-volatile memory and simultaneously the invalid means is actuated. In case of changing a channel for example, firstly the code number is inputted. The code number is temporarily held in a register 8. When the held code number is decided as the right code number by a comparison decision means 9, namely when it is decided as a number same as the code number stored in the storage means 7, the action of the invalid means is stopped for a certain time. Thus, the channel can be changed. |
