<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently conduct heat to a thermocouple and to improve power generation efficiency by arranging a temperature contact at a heat absorber part, superposing the heat absorber part on the center metal of the contact part in contact, and separating the superposition part electrically at every two thermocouples. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate metal thin film pattern 21 for connecting the insides of 1st and 2nd thermoelectric material thin films 2 and 3, i.e. temperature contact part B is formed in a disk shape and a black thin film pattern 22 is stuck thereupon directly in the same shape. Then the patterns 21 and 22 are separated electrically by every two thermocouples in a large-area sectorial shape. Consequently, heat absorbed by the pattern 22 is conducted not through an insulating film 11, but directly to the pattern 21 with low heat resistance and further conducted to the temperature contact B, whose temperature is raised, thereby increasing the electromotive force of the thermopile.</p> |
