Profiled hollow plastic slats for modular door assemblies - providing integral hinges for concertina or roller door motions

Hollow plastic slats have profiled edges which can interlock in a sliding fit so that some slats can pivot relative to adjacent slats and others can be assembled side-by-side to vary the distance between pivot points in a modular fashion. The ends of the slats can accept bearings for wheels to engage guide rails for controlling the movement of a concertina or roller door assembled from the slats. Avoids need for attachment of separate fittings for hinges for e.g. garage doors.
