METHOD OF PREPARING NICKEL SLURRY FOR SINTERED ELECTRODE PLATE FOR BATTERY

PURPOSE:To provide reusable sintered electrode plate with stable quality by againg in high temperature atmosphere nickel slurry left to gel very viscously. CONSTITUTION:Slurry having carbonyl nickel powder dispersed into aquous solution or organic binder gels after left for a long time, presenting high viscosity. This gelled slurry is left for 10-20hr in the atmosphere of 30-50 deg.C temperature to reduce its viscosity for reuse. By this method can be reduced the loss of raw material and stabilized the quality of sintered electrode plate.
