Safety ball valve with damper - has non return and suction valve between medium and damper plunger chamber

The safety valve has a ball pressed by a spring against a seat and against the flow direction. To damp the closing movement, there is a spring-loaded plunger upstream of the seat, with a mushroom-shaped tappet acting against the ball. The piston works in a chamber connected via a throttle to the flowing medium. Between the chamber (11) and the path of the medium (3) is a non-return and suction valve. When the pressure in the medium path momentarily exceeds that in the chamber this valve (22) opens and forms an additional connection.
