The equipment cleans silt and other deposits out of drainage ditches. The equipment includes a gas jet generator mounted on a vehicle and a nozzle directing the jet, also a deflection shield coupled to the nozzle to prevent jet dissipation. The nozzle (2) has a movable portion (4), whose external shape corresponds to the ditch cross-section. Flexible loosening devices (5) are mounted on the edge of this position at the outlet end, and the shield (3) hinges on it.
