PURPOSE:To improve mounted performance by housing thyristor, surge-absorbing circuit and gate circuit in one unit, while housing anode reactor and fuse in the other unit. CONSTITUTION:Thyristor units composing a thyristor converter are formed by the 1st unit SCRU housing thyristor, surge-absorbing circuit and gate circuit and by the 2nd unit HU housing anode reactor and fuse. The unit SCRU is formed by terminals for connection 33 and 34, gate circuit 36, connector 35, resistance RAK and capacitor CAK all of which are fitted to the face of one side of insulating board for support 31 and by cooling fin 38 fitted to the face of the other side as well as SCR connected in reverse parallel. The unit HU is formed by fuse HEF, resistance 53 and terminal for connection 56 all fitted to one face and by anode reactor AX fitted to the other face. In this way the mounted performance can be largely improved. |
