<p>The invention claims 3-(1-substd.-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridin-4-yl)-1H-indole derivs. (I) as novel cpds. In (I) R is H and X is ethyl or isopropyl or R = methoxy and X = propyl. (I) are anti-depressants, neuroleptics and antiemetics. The cpds. may be administered orally (5-200 mg/day), parenterally or rectally.</p> |
