PURPOSE:To make the whole of a device small and to reduce the number of parts by forming a metallic layer as a current collector in an energy storage part on the side of a solar cell and by making the metallic layer hold one of the electrodes of the energy storage part. CONSTITUTION:An electric insulating film 7 made of SiO2 is formed on a photoelectric conversion circuit, and on it is formed a metallic layer 8 made of Ti functioning as a current collector of an electric double-layer capacitor 2 by deposition or sputtering. The capacitor 2 has a pair of sheet-like electrodes 13a, 13b opposedly disposed. The electrode 13a is mounted to the metallic layer 8 on the solar cell 1 via a conductive adhesive 14a. The electrode 13b is mounted to the metallic layer 12 on a case 10 via a conductive adhesive 14b. As a result, a cell 1 and the energy storage part 2 are housed in a package formed of a transparent glass substrate 3 and the case 10. This makes it possible to make the whole of a device small, and to reduce the number of parts. |
