PURPOSE:To obtain a miniature and low-cost transversal filter by providing one charge transfer register, a charge input part for signal charge input to each transfer stage, and a method of supplying selectively the polarity-inverted voltage of an input signal. CONSTITUTION:Synchronizing with clock pulses applied from charge input part 12i (i=1-6) to charge transfer register 11, signal charge equivalent to the product of input signal VIN and weighting coefficients K1-K6 is injected into register 11 together with bias charge. Input charge is transferred being added in sequence at respective transfer stages and outputted from charge detection part 13. In this case, input signal VIN is supplied, as it is, to the input terminal of charge input part 12i when the weighting coefficient is positive or selectively supplied to the input terminal of charge input part 12i after being inverted by inverter 14 when it is negative. Consequently, a miniature transversal filter with desired filter characteristics can be obtained at low cost. |
