<p>The emergency release operates in conjunction with the bodywork upper and lower fixings and comprises a stud bolt (19) which is fixed in the corresponding positions. A coil spring (20) is placed over the stud body (23), followed by the tab (17) of the safety belt (8). This assembly is retained, with the spring compressed, by a shaped pin (21). A cable (22) is attached to each pin and led to a suitable point inside the vehicle body, terminating in a handle. This cable is pulled and the pins are removed from the transverse holes through the stud bodies.</p> |
