<p>Suspension and damping device for vehicles, especially for a roller suspension of tracked vehicle, has a guide linkage which is sprung under the action of a main support spring and comes under the influence of a damper. A pivot arm of the linkage serves as a coupling body to pick up an operating plate fitted with wedge faces, which is fitted between the friction bodies and an inclined face. The springs in the pivot arm of the linkage are connected with a pressure-generating device. The springs which are supported on a hub so that they can move can be axially compressed on the counter pressure plate and are supported on the operating plate and the dampers.</p> |
