PURPOSE:To perform the bundling of wire material and the winding work of coil continuously and automatically by engaging/disengaging the stopper rod of fixing device to the chuck sleeve. CONSTITUTION:When bundling a wire material around core terminal held by collet chuck 15, inverted cam rod 30 is separated from the other end 27b of stopper rod 27 of chuck fixing device 25 by the rotary position of cam 26 on cam shaft 42, to engage the V-shaped groove 23 formed in the outer circumference of chuck sleeve 20 of chuck 15 with V-shaped projection 28 of stopper rod 27 by the resiliency 29 thus to fix the rotation of chuck sleeve 20, while under this condition wire material feeding nozzle is rotated around core terminal to bundle the wire material around the terminal. Then the inverted cam rod 30 is contacted against the other end of stopper rod 27 through the rotation of cam 26 to release the chuck, while to drive the collet chuck 15 by the pulse motor thus to perform the winding of coil. |
