<p>This invention relates to a process for coating glass or ceramic articles, typically glass bottles, pre-coated with a surface treating agent, of the type comprising applying on the articles a first or basic layer of a silane, and then a layer of a crosslinkable film-forming material comprising a levelling agent, and then crosslinking said layer of film-forming material, wherein the levelling agent is selected from nonionic fluoroalkyl esters, epoxidized fatty acids derivatives, silicone oils and mixtures thereof. This process provides a coating with good appearance and adhesion properties.</p> |
