PURPOSE:To prevent a free piston from damage and an air-tightness from being lowered, by specifically arranging a security method of the cylinder and link hose. CONSTITUTION:To one end of a link hose 50, for linking a first and second cylinder 20, 40, is installed a cap 52, comprising a big diameter part 521, slightly smaller outside diameter than opening part diameter of a through hole 211 of a mounting material 21 and with O-ring 523 engaged to a peripheral ring-shape groove 524, and a smaller diameter part 522, slightly bigger outside diameter than one end outside diameter of a hose 51 and thicker than the hose 51, and to another end, are installed a big diameter part 531, slightly smaller outside diameter than inside diameter of the second cylinder 40 and with O-ring 533 engaged to a peripheral ring-shape groove 534, and a small diameter part 532 similar to the small diameter part 522. In this way, the big diameter part 521, 531 is inserted into one end opening 401 of the second cylinder 40 and the through hole 211 of the mounting material 21 of the first cylinder 20, and if fixed by a circlip 526, 536, a damage of slide surface of a free piston within the second cylinder 40 and lowering of its air-tightness, caused by a generation of cutting chips likely when used a mounting metal of screw type, can be prevented. |
