The drive shaft mounted revolving cam is provided with manual worm and wheel adjustment by which the angular position of the cam on the co-axial shaft is modified, being one of a series for a cast glass bottle prodn. line. An integral cam and adjuster assembly can be clamped or unclamped relative to the shaft to permit worm and wheel actuated relative rotation. Details may inc. a bi-shell support which is fixed to the shaft by screw actuated tapered sleeves, and which provides a journal bearing for a bolted two piece block to which the cam is fixed. Screws and studs secure the wheel to the support and the block incorporates the worm. A radial clamp screw connects the block to the support, and the worm is rotated by spanner engaging a hexagonal axle end.
