Extruded aluminium girder production system - uses two separate angle sections joined together to give greater web height

The system produces angle-section girders of extruded aluminium of aluminium alloy. Two separate angle sections are first produced, their external dimensions being such as not to exceed the max. dia. permissible for extrusion nozzles. Their shape is such that they can subsequently be assembled together to form girders of larger web height, or a lattice-work structure. To form an 1-section girder, two T-sections can be produced, each having a narrower tongue along the free edge. The sections are then assembled together with the inner tongue faces against each other and joined together.
