The track chain guide arrangement is intended for a tracked vehicle having the chain running around a forward and a rearward chain wheel carried in a frame which also carries the chain support rollers. Each chain wheel consists of two co-axial parallel spoked wheels connected by axial cross-members. The inward facing surfaces (26) of the wheels act as lateral guides with sliding contact for the chain link connections. The cross-members of the driving chain wheel may be provided with a ring carrying blocks which extend radially between inward projections of the chain links.
