The device comprises a first set of reflectors constituted by parabolic profiles, the focus of which coincides with the source and the axis of which is inclined at an angle selected for reasons of limitation of the beam and the luminance for certain conditions of observation, in relation to the general optical axis, and a second set of elliptical reflectors, the first focus of which is coincident with the source and the second focus is situated in the vicinity of the interior lower edge of the parabolic reflectors.
