PURPOSE:To decrease the number of the transfer electrodes and thus to secure the good delay characteristics by securing the sampling for the sampled wave signal via the subcarrier frequency signal and the signal featuring the phase different by 180 deg. from the subcarrier frequency signal and the obtaining the delay time of the 1H period with mixture through the two different transfer lines. CONSTITUTION:Conductor electrodes 35 and 36 uses the frequency of three times as much as the subcarrier frequency as the sampling frequency and gives the sampling to the sampled signal to then convert it into the charge amount. This charge amount is sent to the transfer line formed with electrodes 42, 43a, 43b, 44a, 44b...45 each. On the other hand, the sampling is given to the sampled signal with the frequency which is identical to the sampling frequency and with the different phase by about 180 deg. and converted into the charge amount to be sent to the transfer line formed with sequential electrodes 43'a and 45. And the charge amount of both transfer lines are mixed together via electrode 45, and the difference of the delay time between both transfer lines is made equal nearly in the 1H period. Thus the sampling frequency is lowered down, and as a result the number of the transfer electrodes can be reduced with good delay characteristics secured. |
