摘要 1,124,463. Integrating circuits. APPLIED DYNAMICS Inc. 27 Aug., 1965 [27 Aug., 1964], No. 37004/65. Heading G4G. An integrator (Fig. 3) comprises scaling resistors R 1 , R 2 receiving input voltages e 1 , e 2 applied to summing portion 10 of amplifier A having a feedback capacitor C; the output e 0 being applied over resistor R 4 to an inverter amplifier A2 of unity gain, having a feedback resistor R 5 = R 4 to develop an output voltage e 3 = - e 0 representing the integral of the combined input voltages. Voltage offset of amplifiers A, A2 is compensated by potentiometers adjusted by knobs 9, 8 to insert voltages in opposite sense into the differential amplifier input stages of the amplifiers, which also receive D.C. stabilization signals from a modulator / amplifier / demodulator channel STAB energized from the outputs. Input current to amplifier A is balanced out by an opposed current i c if switchable polarity from variable voltage divider R-A, R-B and R-C applied to summing junction 10. Errors due to capacitor leakage, finite amplifier gain, and capacitor absorption loss are corrected by positive feedback applied to summing junction 10 from the output of amplifier A-2 over voltage divider R 1L , R 3L and resistor R 2L to cancel capacitor leakage and finite amplifier gain errors, and over plural networks comprising potential dividers R 11 , R 31 ; R 12 , R 32 ; R 13 , R 33 &c. and series capacitor-resistance circuits C 1 , R 21 ; C 2 , R 22 ; C 3 , R 23 &c. to cancel capacitor absorption errors. The temperature coefficient and voltage coefficient errors of the integrating capacitor may be compensated by parallel capacitors which are temperature and voltage variable in appropriate senses. Basic amplifier A may comprise a chain of plural stages, and the compensating positive feedback may be applied across appropriate stages of the chain (Fig. 4, not shown), or from the output to a second input of a first differential amplifier stage (Fig. 5, not shown), and the compensating networks may be rearranged (Figs. 6A, 6B, not shown). Voltage coefficient errors may also be corrected by feedback over capacitance in series with parallel oppositely poled diodes (Fig. 6C, not shown).
