摘要 PURPOSE:To improve estimated accuracy of carbon content in molten steel, by estimating the difference of molten steel temperature and solidifying temperature calculating back by the dynamic control model formula of converter blowing and applying C calikration curve made by classifying each pattern of solidifying temperature waveform pattern, selected according to the estimated value. CONSTITUTION:Time according estimated value of DELTATR with the most suitable value DELTATc, is found by calculating back from the dynamic control model formula of converter blowing shown in the formula I, II. Next, C measuring line made by classifying pattern of solidifying temperature waveform pattern appeared in correspondence to the difference DELTATs of molten steel and solidifying temperature, is selected, for example, by the difference of expected value of temperature at measuring time corresponding to blowing out aimed temperature and solidifying temperature corresponding to expected value of carbon content at measuring time against the above value and carbon content in molten steel is calculated by the above value. By the above method, sure blowing out carbon content is able to hit.
