<p>PURPOSE:To prevent damage to deep tank by connecting expansively halved deep tank portions in a waste water treatment apparatus with a deep descending pathway and an ascending pathway, buried deeply under the ground. CONSTITUTION:The deep tank 2 is halved at a corresponding place of the soft ground a, and the halved deep tanks 2a and 2b are connected with each other with the interposition of a freely expansible and flexible cylinder 7. And, the cylindrical walling body 8 is provided over an area from the vicinity of the cylinder to the ground b and the elastic material 9 is filled into between the deep tank 2 and the cylindrical walling body 8, whereby, in case where a tectonic alteration due to earth- quake, etc., occurs, the damage to the halved deep tank 2a on the upper side due to a defference in vibrations is almost eliminated and also the damage to the deep tank 2b in the hard ground b layer is eliminated likewise. Thus, combined with its shorter dimensions, the effects of the difference in vibrations on between the halved deep tanks in the soft ground a layer are smaller extremely and thus the damage to the deep tank 2 due to the difference in vibrations can be prevented.</p> |
