<p>A base plate has a long slot (7a) at one end with side plates (13, 14) whose height increases progressively to one end. One end of an elastic holding plate (2) is rotatably supported at the other end of the base and its free end extends through the long slot (70). There is an engagement projection (8) near the free end of the holding plate (2). An engagement section (9) is arranged between the top surface of the base plate (1) and the engagement projection, while the holding plate is bent upwards between its base end and the long slot.</p> |
