Useful polyethers are those of the formula… HO(C2H4O)a(C3H6O)b(C2H4O)cH… in which a + c or b may be zero. …The particulate absorbent materials are contacted or mixed with the liquid or liquefied polyether or a solution thereof in a volatile solvent. The produced materials are especially suitable as hygienic disposable products and for medical and surgical uses.
