PURPOSE:To raise the accuracy of measurement of a minute sample, by providing a sample chamber with a light condenser for measuring the minute sample. CONSTITUTION:A sample chamber 2 is equipped with a light condenser 15, which comprises a condenser light source 16, convex reflectors 17, 20, concave reflectors 18, 19 and an optical path switching mirror 21 and serves to measure a minute sample. When the optical path switching mirror 21 is swung out of an otpical path for the sample light 10 of a spectrophotometer light source 4 located in a light source chamber 1, ordinary spectrophotometric measurement is performed. When the switching mirror 21 is swung into the optical path for the sample light 10, this light is intercepted and the light of the condenser light source 16 is transmitted to the minute sample through the convex reflector 17 and the concave reflector 18 and then conducted to a spectroscope chamber 3 through the other concave reflector 19, the other convex reflector 20 and the switching mirror. A minute condensed light image is thus formed only by shifting the optical path switching mirror 21. Spectroanalysis can be performed while confirming the spectral accuracy. This results in attaining the purpose. |
