PURPOSE:To secure generation of the boosted high voltage between the piezoelectric output electrode and the output electrode end by installing the assembly comprising the piezoelectric output electrode provided on the end side surface of the piezoelectric film into the static magnetic field and then applying the input voltage between the piezoelectric input electrode and the input electrode end. CONSTITUTION:Coil-type driving electrode 11 wound by uniform-pitch electric wire 2 and formed to piezoelectric film 1 through the evaporation or the like method is provided. One end of electrode 11 is formed with input electrode end 13, and the other end is formed with output electrode end 12 respectively. Then the assembly consisting of piezoelectrode output electrode 12 provided on the end surface of film 1 and opposing to piezoelectric input electrode 3 is installed into the static magnetic field, and then the input voltage is applied between electrode 3 and end 13. Thus the boosted high voltage can be generated between electrode 12 and output electrode end 14. |
