<p>The programming system is for an adjusting drive, particularly with a micro-processor. The drive has input and output distribution gearboxes coupled together by a mechanical train and an electro-mechanical system containing a Ward Leonard set with field adjustment. The output speed (nab) is detected, together with the output torque (Mab) predetermined by two emitters. The speed (n2) and torque (M2) of the driven machine (16) in the Ward Leonard set are determined from this speed and torque and from the input speed (nan) and the characteristics of the distribution gearboxes (13, 14). An excitation current value (1E2) is determined for the driven Ward Leonard machine (16), also the armature current and voltage for it and the driving machine (15). Efficiencies of both machines are determined, also the driving machine excitation current (1E1) and the overall efficiency of the Ward Leonard set.</p> |
