PURPOSE:To make easy for the alteration of print section, write-in section and code section, by forming the system with the recording carrier, code carrier separately constituted, and case containing and protecting them. CONSTITUTION:The carrier 1 of two plates is laminated to the case 3 having the notch 3a to expose the code groove 2a of the code carrier 2 and the spacer 3B to provide the clearance to contain the two transparent protection plate 3A and the carriers 1 and 2 providing the tongue 3b or hole 3c to prevent the drop out of the recording carrier 1, and two sheets of the carrier 2 are individually inserted one by one, and the tongue 3b is inserted to the hole 3c. |
