PROCESS FOR PREPARING L-GLUTAMICACID BY FERMENTATION

摘要

Cane molasses (CM), beet molasses (BM) and raw sugar (RS) of 1:1:3- 1:1:6 are used as a carbon source of culture media for prepg. high yields of L-glutamic acid. At the beginning of multiplication of L- glutamic acid-producing bacteria, CM and RS of culture media are controlled to be 1:1-4:1 ratio; BM and RS in feed sucrose (used after the last stage of major multiplication) are controlled to be 1:4-3:7 ratio .
