PURPOSE:To make the work of welding unification continuously operable for the lead-oxide filled base unit and fabric, by providing many of a roller to be arranged in top and bottom two stages, with a clearance, between top and bottom rollers, made narrower and with a jamming pressure, made by both rollers, increased, by stages in the direction of transfer. CONSTITUTION:Many quantities of rollers 1 are arranged in top and bottom two stages, and supported by a frame 2. A clearance between the top and bottom roller 1 can be optionally adjusted by a bottom fixing bolt 3 and a top fixing bolt 4. And a pressure, with a substance put between the top and bottom roller, is made capable to be adjusted by a pressure adjusting screw 5 and a pressure spring 6. Each roller 1, so as to be rotated by a driving gear wheel 7 in the direction of transfer all being synchronized at an equal speed, is linked to an interlocking gear 8 with an equal diameter respectively, and constituting a continuous roller train that comprises respective rollers for playing a different role, a transferring rubber roller 1a, welding heating roller 1b and solidifying cooling roller 1c. |
