<p>An accessory for syphoning liquid from a tank has a cylindrical housing (5) with a connection (6) at one end for a tube (4) which can be tightly fitted on it. The tube is then inserted into the liquid in the tank. At the other end of this housing is a block (14) which can be pulled from a blocking position to a discharge position. When this block is pulled outwards to the discharging position, it uncovers an outlet opening (9). The tube is then bent down so that the housing is below the level of the liquid in the tank, for the tube to act as a syphon, discharging through the outlet (9).</p> |
