PURPOSE:To form the title copying material capable of obtaining a plurality of copies in a simple manner, by combining a photosensitive sheet having a heat sublimable substance layer and a heat stencil film layer, and an image receiving sheet having a color forming component layer reactive with the sublimable substance. CONSTITUTION:A heat sublimable substance layer 7 containing a phenol or naphthol derivative and a binder is formed on support 6, and on this layer, heat stencil printing film layer 8 is formed to provide a photosensitive sheet. On the other hand, layer 10 containing a coloring component for reacting with the heat sublimable substance of phenol or naphthol derivative to form a visible image is formed on support 9 to provide an image receiving sheet. Original image 11 is overlaid on layer 8 of the photosensitive sheet, illuminated by light from light source 12, and stencil 13 corresponding to image 11 is formed on layer 8. On this layer the image receiving layer is overlaid and a copy image is formed on by heat development. The copying operation is performed through stencil 13, and a plurality of sharp copies can be obtained as long as the sublimable substance remains in layer 7. |
