PURPOSE:To easily prepare conductive moldings with arbitrary resistance value, by making the content of a conductive dative material constant, and by adjusting distortion in the moldings by changing the conditions of extrusion and molding. CONSTITUTION:This method makes the content of a conductive dative material, such as, carbon, etc. constant, and utilizes a fact that the arrangement of carbon shifts due to distortion in the moldings and resistance value alters. That is, relationship between the volume resistivity and the conditions of extrusion of a rubber-plastic admixture, which beforehand contains a fixed quantity of carbon - for example, relationship (diagram) between the temperature of extrusion and resistance in the case when the number of revolution of a screw and a compression retio are fixed, relationship between the compression ratio and resistance in the case when the temperature extrusion and the number of revolution of the screw are definite, relationship between the number of revolution of the screw and resistance in the case when the temperature of extrusion and the compression ratio are certain, etc. - is obtained. Various conductive moldings are extrusion molded from the same admixture by adjusting not less than one among said conditions with significant properties. |
