PURPOSE:To obtain excellent injection-moldings with a perfect metallic evaporation layer where corner parts and crimp pattern are reproduced by forming into a required shape a resin sheet which adheres to a metallic evaporation film and injection-molding it in a metallic die. CONSTITUTION:A metallic evaporation foil 5 which has an evaporated metallic layer 3 of metallic materials such as Al, Cr, etc. on a protecting sheet 1 through a transparent and elastic protecting film 2 of lacquer, etc. and a heat-sensitive adhesive layer 4 on the rear side is allowed to adhere to a synthetic resin sheet 6. This foil is formed in a required shape by means of the vacuum deposition method and the protecting sheet 1 is removed. The metallic foil is inserted into a concave part 9 of an injection molding die 8, new resin material 11 is injection-molded. Thereby the resin material 11 adheres not only to the synthetic resin sheet 6 but the crimp pattern 10 reproduced in the concave part 9 of the injection-molding die 8 is transferred to the metallic evaporation foil 5. It is possible to obtain a moding 14 which has a metallic evaporating layer 3 all over the surface including the crimp pattern 12 and the corner parts 13. |
