NEW MATERIAL:A beta-nitrostyrene derivative and its acid-addition salt, I (R<1> is H or lower alkyl; X is halogen). EXAMPLE:4-Amino-3, 5-dichloro-beta-nitrostyrene. USE:Anti-fungal agents. Preventives for thrombosis. It has excellent antifungal action and blood platelet-coagulation suppressing activity. PROCESS:For example, a cpmpound II is reacted with a halogenating agent in a slovent to give a compound III. The compound III is reacted with a reducing agent in a solvent to give a compound IV. The compound IV is reacted with an oxidizing agent in an solvent to give a compound V. The compound V is reacted with a compound VI to give the desired compound I. |
