Titled steel was manufd. by continuous annealing method. The cold rolled steel having C; 0.0002-0.1% manufd. a cold rolled steel band. Thereafter it was continuously passed the continuous annealing furnace which is vertically arranged for heating, 1st cooling, overaging and 2nd cooling zone. The temp. of the heating zone is 650-900≦̸C for 30 sec-5min., the beginning temp. of overaging is dropped from 400-500≦̸C in steps or continuously for 2-10min and so the last temp. of overaging is 200-350≦̸C.
