PURPOSE:To enable introduction of preheat material into inlet chamber, by providing a cushion tank for preheat material between the material chute connected to cyclone in the heat exchange stage before the final heat exchange stage and the rotary kiln inlet chamber. CONSTITUTION:A kiln inlet chamber 2 communicates a rotary kiln 1 and a suspension preheater not possessing temporary burner, and a chute 3 of the final stage cyclone of this preheater and kiln exhaust gas duct 4 are connected. A cushion tank 5 for preheat material (powder of cement, etc.) is provided on the side of the chamber 2, and the inlet of this tank 5 is communicated with a material chute 6 before the final heating stage, while outlet thereof is communicated to the side of the chamber 2 through an inclined passage 7. By thus constituting, the preheat material can be introduced into the final heat exchange stage through the tank 5 while accompanying the kiln exhaust gas flow of the chamber 2. |
