Thermal welder for aluminium-plastics laminated packaging - has induction head on one side of foils and ferritic feedback member on other side

Appts. for thermo-welding packaging foils consisting of aluminium foils which are laminated on one or both sides with plastics foils is provided with an induction heating head which is operated at a working frequency 200 kHz and on the opposite side of the foils there is provided a ferritic feed-back member. Arrangement speeds up heat transfer through the aluminium foils to reduce the period of welding process.
