<p>The safety arrangement for an electrically ignited detonator is used in a projectile, being subjected to launching to a minimum acceleration and used esp. for projectile scattered from rocket propelled warheads. The safety rotor ensures a double lock in the disarmed position. The fuse responds to extremely slow spin or to low acceleration values on launching. The first safety element has a rack (15) engaging with the locking mechanism. It has a pin (19) which enteres into the rotor bore (20) for locking in safety position. The second safety element is fitted on the ejected cover (28) and has a rack section engaging with tooth rim of the rotor (4). The inertia weight (12) consists of a plate, loaded with a compression spring (17) acting in the direction of acceleration.</p> |
