PURPOSE:When the spinning machine stops, the air supply to the air nozzle is lastly stopped and then the operations restarts from the air supply whereby the start of the air spinning machine is mode under the best conditions. CONSTITUTION:When the machine is stopped, the roller-driving system is switched off to cause the break of slivers in the air nozzles by spinning, then the air supply is discontinued when the yarns on all spindles break. On the restart, the operations are initiated with the supply of air to nozzle 7, then the roller-driving system is switched on to start the sliver supply. At this time, as spun yarns are in break, they are continuously sucked in pipe and the signals of yarn break are dispatched from all the positions. Thereby carriage 14 with rnotter starts to operate and does yarn ending at each position. Since slivers and waste yarns do not collect inside and around nozzles and the yarn ends are wound on the packages, the sure pick- finding can be done. |
