Long profiled mouldings made of concrete or similar materials - made in mechanised automatic plant with min. use of manual labour

Long moulds are cleaned in one work station, and are then fed sideways by a hoist wagon to a filling station (A) contg. a wagon driven along rails and fitted with a concrete hopper employed for the longitudinal filling of the mould. The filled mould is then carried sideways in the reverse direction by wagon and is replaced by another empty mould carried to station (A). Station (A) is pref. fitted with side walls lowered during filling of the mould and the raised. The filled moulds are pref. carried to a wet stacking station for partial hardening followed by removal of the mould from the moulding, which then travels to a dry stacking station for complete hardening.
