Inside one arm of an L-shaped casing is an electric motor (34) which transmits drive via a belt and pulley transmission to a worm and worm wheel transmission accommodated in the second arm: from the arms power take-offs (2, 5) protrude outside to a working space, the driving shafts being perpendicular to each other.
