PURPOSE:To obtain homogeneous ground surfaces by using a weight and a cylinder in order to push and retreat a grinding material on a spread film grinder for an automobile body etc., and by installing a shock absorber to prevent the grinding material from repercussion when it is brought into contact with a work. CONSTITUTION:A grinding material 5 is attached to the lower part of a rocking up and down with an arm 3 and a support shaft 4, and the grinding material 5 is turned by a motor which is located at the other end of the arm 3. An interlocking arm 10 connected to the arm 3 is tightly fixed on one end of an arm support shaft 8, and a weight sector 14 to push the grinding material 5 to the automobile body and a roller arm 15 on which an air cylinder 20 for retreating the grinding material are tightly fixed on the other end. Besides, a shock absorber 24 as repercussion preventive means for the grinding material 5 is installed between the arm support shaft 8 and a frame 1, so that even in case of a work with complicated bent faces, no happing will be found such as uneven grinding. |
