<p>PURPOSE:A coating for electric resistance that contains an acryl-modified phenolic resin varnish, phenol-modified xylene resin varnish, and a carbon fine powder, thus being good at life characteristic when loaded, the characteristics when stood at high temperatures and moisture-resisting properties. CONSTITUTION:A fine powder of a carbon black or graphite is dispersed in a varnish mix from an acryl-modified phenolid resin varnish and pnenol-modified xylene resin varnish using a solvent. The phenol-modified xylene resin varnish contains 40-60% of phenol for modification. The acryl-modified pheolic resin is preferably at thermosetting resin varnish resulting from the precondensation between a phenol-formaldehyde resin and 3-20wt% of acrylic polymer containing epoxy or carboxyl groups in the molecule.</p> |
