<p>PURPOSE:To produce a highly elastic polyurethane foamed product by establishing a gas passage at the upper part of a vertical mold and by providing the mold with a gas storage thereupon which has a fine opening for gas discharge near its head. CONSTITUTION:At the upper part 14 of a vertical mold 13 consisting of right and left molds 11 and 12 is established at least one relatively large gas passage 15, around which an oven form 17 with a gas discharge fine opening 16 for gas discharge is fixed near the head to establish a gas storage 18 communicating with the gas passage 15. After a feed solution for a highly elastic polyurethane foam are fed into the mold 13 from a powring hole 19, the hole 19 is closed and heating and foaming are conducted. EFFECT:Because of a large diameter of the gas passage, the foam is not stuffed and the mold is easy to be cleaned. It is suitable to a molding of a thin foam and the space of a heating furnace may be small because of its vertical type.</p> |
