PURPOSE:To improve a connection service by calling an absent subscriber by a central control unit in case that the subscriber does not answer for a prescribed time after the calling time start. CONSTITUTION:Subscriber B is previously registered for central control unit CC, and the will to receive a service is stored in memory unit MM of unit CC. Next, in case of the incoming from subscriber A to subscriber B, unit CC counts the time after the calling operation start for the incoming; and if subscriber B does not answer over a prescribed time, unit CC calls an absent subscriber. As a result, originating subscriber A is connected to the absent subscriber call automatically in case of absence in the terminating subscriber side, so that troublesome operations such as onhook can be made needless to improve a connection service. |
