EXAMPLE:Ethyl 4-[4-(4-trifluoromethylphenoxy)phenoxy]-2-pentenoic acid thiol ester. USE:Herbicides. Having improved weeding activity against graminaceous weeds, remaining effect in soil, preventing imcompletely withered weeds from recovering for a long time, in comparison with phenoxypropionic acid thiol ester. PROCESS:A compound shown by the formula II is reacted with a compound shown by the formula III (X is halogen) in the presence of a base or a compound shown by the formula IV (Z is halogen) is reacted with a compound shown by the formula R'SH in the presence of a dehydrogenation agent to give the desired compound shown by the formula I.</p> |
