摘要 <p>PURPOSE:Continuous cooling operation and desication of air without reduction in obtaining a given amount of desicated air caused by that air passage constituting element of a heat exchanger is blocked by frost, the efficiency is lowered and air resistance becomes higher. CONSTITUTION:When air passage is in turn moved to a, b and c point with the rotation of a heat exchanger 1 and the air passage is positioned at the point a, the air passage constituting element of the heat exchanger is cooled to, for example,- 5 deg.C by cooling air 3A. When it is positioned at D, said element is contacted with wet air A1(e.g. 0 deg.C) from a chamber 7 to be supplied, and the moisture content present in the wet air A1 is condensed to form frost. The wet air A1 as the desicated and cooled air A2 is supplied to the chamber 7. When it is positioned at C, the frost formed in said element is converted to water by the open air higher than 0 deg.C (heated in the winter) and the resulting water is discharged as drainage by an eliminator 11 from the process line.</p>
