PURPOSE:To secure a high-accuracy analysis for various types of samples without giving any special treatment by irradiating the optical energy to the sample in the sample room linking to the reference room through the light transmitting window and then detecting the flow of the gas caused by the irradiation of the optical energy via the photo detector provided at the linking part. CONSTITUTION:Sample room 1 is linked to reference room 6 via path 7, and one sealed-up container is formed with these two rooms. then the air, nitrogen or the like is filled into the container. Sample 2 is put on sample stage 4 in room 1, and then the optical energy is irradiated intermittently to the sample through light transmitting window 3 provided to room 1. The flow of the gas filled in the room is moved by the irradiation of the light to be detected by thermal flow meter type detector element 8, and then the sample is analyzed based on the resistance change of the detector element. |
